Lights, Camera, Action!

How was your week? Things have been busy on the terrace – what, you think standing there, photographing the sun rise and fall isn’t hard work? It’s a tough job, but you know what they say: Kim has to do it!

This week I went to the movies and looked at sunrise  in cinema. We started off with a 1927 film called Sunrise about a loose city woman enchanting a poor, humble farmer and ended it with Tequila Sunrise with Mel Gibson and the gorgeous Michelle Pfeiffer.  I also shared some photographs of pale clouds and golden skies. You really *need* to click on the Facebook connect button, don’t you?

But my most exciting news this week is that my little book has gone to press – yay!!!

It was like birthdays and christmas and every other celebration all coming at once. I’m so excited to share it with you. Below is the video I made of the presses working on Sunrise, Sunset: 52 Weeks of Awe & Gratitude. I’ve also included a gallery of stills from the day. I hope you find them as interesting as I did!

Thank you for stopping by and have an awesome week!
